Citigroup to be charged by Cuomo, faces SEC probe (Reuters)
Reuters – New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo plans to imminently charge Citigroup Inc , accusing it of fraudulently marketing and selling auction-rate securities, and destroying documents that had been subpoenaed.
